Links in a browser redirect to Mnemosyne card, then back to link.

While browsing the internet, clicking any link will send you first to a Mnemosyne card, then, after "show answer / select #", goes to the link you pressed before. This would be a great way to learn while browsing the internet, but I don't know if it's possible.
