Dragging initial order of cards

* When your using mnemnosyne you often add cards along the way while learning a subject. However when sharing the cards with someone else later, the order of the cards may not be in a educational and logical order.
* Sometimes you might want to add cards to "the top of stack" because you'll want to learn them faster. Other cards you may want to add to "the botton of the stack", because there is a low priority learning them.

How about adding a feature that enables you to change the order of cards by dragging and dropping the cards displayed in the "Browse cards" dialog.
And how about adding a feature witch gives you the option to add
new cards or imported cards to "button of stack, top of stack or after
current card".
This should only change the initial order and not affect the order of scheduled cards already learned.
