Import prelearned cards with SM2 statistics manipulated

The SM2 algorithm is great great for learning new cards, but if one imports many cards that one has learned well in the past, it can be really annoying to deal with the short initial repetition cycles. It would be very useful if Mnemosyne would allow some shortcuts for this process, by manipulating the stats to match these kind of cards more closely.

What statistics would we have to manipulate in order to achieve this?

Implementation: This modified import algorithm should be made available as a separate plugin and should only be incorporated into the Mnemosyne distribution after is has been proved to work.
