User Control Objecst from Midi mappings and skins

It should be possible to introduce new Control objects from Skins or Midi mappings without any Function within Mixxx.
These control objects are useful to extend the Skins with user defined functions from midi scripts or control special controller modes. These control object can also be used for to rout Midi commands from on midi device to an other via Mixxx. Or allow crazy setups like http://
