Use Taglib for Metadata Parsing

Instead of implementing different metadata handling for every specific file format, Mixxx should use TagLib. TagLib is a cross-platform library that provides a unified API for accessing the metadata of many different filetypes. TagLib is used by many high profile projects, including Traktor Pro.
