Replace mixxx-winlib binaries with buildable projects

In trying to make a Windows x64 build of Mixxx, the dependencies need to be recompiled as well. If they were stored as buildable projects and included in the SConscript (like SoundTouch on Linux currently is,) the process would be trivial and would allow us to generate fully optimized builds for various architectures very easily.
