Input schema validation for workflows and actions

For workflow and task input currently only the flat parameter list is verified. It is not possible to assign a type or a complex schema to the parameters of workflow or action. If it would be possible the mistral could verify the parameters deeply prior the workflow or action execution.
With the preliminary input verification we could catch a lot of YAQL / JINJA expression evaluation errors which are caused by inappropriate input structure.
