Need to add unicode-conversion for all strings in workflows

Need to change the logic with all unicode strings in Mistral workflows.
Looks like we can convert all strings from workflows to unicode before the write this data to the DB. After that all strings in data base will be saved in unicode strings and we can write all workflows without manual settings like u'' or "" and etc.

We can use only one format for all strings in all workflows.
