motivation: Achieving capability of affinity or ant-affinity between 2 wf
Group property will be add the wf object and will contains certain rules about how workflows of the group can run
* A new object 'group' should be created and it should contains rules about how workflows of the group can run, for example wf A and wf B can't run together
* The group property should be add to the wf object (with default if none)
