The timezone visible in the mistral command line outputs are in UTC even though the host where mistral runs is set with some other timezone.

For troubleshooting purposes it will be nice to have the mistral command line outputs to show the host's timezone than in the UTC.

I'm fine with the default being as the host of the client but there should also be a parameter / env var to set the desired timezone - so I can use Mistral CLI on a computer that is different from the Mistral server but still get the output with server time so I could check the server logs by time.
