Openstack Actions

The idea is to provide actions related to core OpenStack services like Nova, Glance etc. out of the box. Suggested namespaces are correspondingly "nova", "glance" and so on. Need think on how to implement it least painfully. One of the ideas is to just take corresponding python clients and use reflection to collect all the client public functions.
