Control check-points and policy for human interventions

Pause workflow execution in control points (prior to some critical actions) for human to inspect and confirm before continuing.
API provided to query the workflow for the current state, get the suspended task, inspect (and correct!!!) current data context, and resume the execution.
This should be:
1) a specific manual check point task
2) a workflow policy which makes workflow stops at each task
