Add catalog store drag and drop support

Add drag and drop to the catalog store editor, also reimplement catalog and aspects export/import via dnd
Also, fix TreeModel remove and add so wie don't have to reexpand all paths because of firing total structure change(investigate why the hell firing a removenodes not works as described in the JTree doc).
