When javascript is deactivated, userscripts should still be able to run

Registered by eiku

It would be great if deactivating javascript would deactivate only the javascript code loaded in the page but not the javascript code of userscripts. I generally deactivate javascript only to get rid of useless/annoying/slow/noisy/intrusive scripts, but the userscripts I write do not belong to that kind. In fact, I am trying to write a privacy-enhancing userscript, but I cannot use it in combination with the no-js feature. Would it be possible to add an exception (and maybe make it optional, so people who install lots of untrusted userscripts could still have them deactivated if they like that behaviour better)? Thanks in advance!
