Add option like firefox's allow_scripts_to_close_windows

Midori already has 'Allow scripts to open windows ' in its behaviour tab in Preferences.
It would be nice to have the same option for closing windows/tabs by scripts, off by default.
Ideally having some whitelist would allow users to whitelist only some sites' scripts.
