If it is, maybe it would be useful to check the Bug #1012721 for the similar problem? I reported it rather long ago, but the situation remains unchanged till now. And also I provided some requested additional information there, but unfortunately, did not receive any response. So maybe it is good to check and close (if resolved) all the "high CPU usage" bugs at once?
