Implement role based permissions for viewing / editing / deleting profiles
A profile owner should be able to decide to whom else his profile is available and to which extent. To realize this functionality, a user should be able to assign different types of permissions to different user roles from within the profile create / profile edit view.

Permission Levels should include:
* ViewAnonymous: A user with this type of permission will be able to view the timeseries of a profile but all master data properties besides the tags are hidden to him
* View: A user with this type of permission will be able to view a profile, its attached time series and the profile's master data
* Edit: A User may view and edit a profile and its attached time series
* Full: A User may view, edit, and delete a profile and its attached time series
