This bp aims to store model types and model parameters in DB and enable user to retrieve via REST API.
Currently, model types and model params are hard-corded both in meteos and meteos-ui.
So, Every time new model is added, we have to modify the list which meteos-ui has according to meteos.
It would be better that meteos-ui get supported types and parameters via REST API and show up while creating model.
