Lazy evaluation

All transformations in Apache Spark are lazy.
However, in Meteos, all actions regarding dataset are executed immediately.
Add a Lazy evaluation feature so that transformations of dataset are executed when creating a Prediction Model not when creating a dataset.
It would be good that it's configurable option.
User can select whether lazy or not when creating a dataset.
