Input Data from Streams

Metacrypt should be able to input data from various streams (including sockets and pipes) as well as from static files. Files can be read as streams as well.
This requires an option to activate "stream mode", and several options, all of which imply that option, to specify that the given "filename" is actually a port, device, etc...
