Better Focusing of a new window

Some of the applications lods after a delay because of the huge libraries or other files to load . During this time if the user is working on another window , the newly created window is created on the top , obstructs the working window and steals focus .

This had to be prevented by
1 . After an application is launched , if another window is focussed , don't allow give focus to the new window .

2 . Instead , blink the window status on the gnome panel for a configurable time at a configurable interval .

3 . Add features in the launcher to set the state of a newly formed window like - Normal , Maximized , Minimised , Shaded , Shelfed or Remain in system tray
