Initial meta-linaro layer
Add initial support for a meta-linaro layer that works with OpenEmbedded Core.
The output is:
* A meta-linaro git repository under a user folder on git.linaro.org
* A internal/from source toolchain recipe
* A external/binary toolchain recipe
* Recipe points to the latest release tarball
* Able to build sato and qt images
* Re-uses the existing qemu, linux-yocto, and glibc rules
* Able to start qemu and log in
* Used on one gcc-linaro release and tagged as such
Documentation includes:
* Wiki page on how to pick this up and reproduce the result
* Script that reproduces the gcc-linaro release test
Note that everything is run manually and the result is not publicised.
