Add Server Status Lights

Have an icon next to each server in the current active cluster denoting the current status of that server compared to if you can contact it and the current connections compared to the total possible connections.
Status codes should be Red (Failed to connect), Green (Every thing looks good), Yellow (Server Load is reaching close to the total # of connections & almost out of space). There should also be a preference option for what the percentage of active connections should be before flagging server as Yellow.
