The ability to import a theme into memaker.

It would be nice to have a way to import a theme.
I was thinking of doing them as install.deb's, small python programs, or simply a compressed file. Each has an advantage but I prefere the compressed file and let the user drag and drop the file in the memaker window and in installs it and selects it. Spiffy!
