Pidgin Buddy Icon Integration

It is a goal of memaker to be well integrated into the gnome environment.
Pidgin has no API in DBUS to change the buddy icons. But we can play with a few xml files, acounts and prefferences. They are located in the .purple folder.
More information on this to come as we experiment more. We will need to learn some xml to get this done the write way.
