Wiki Module
Make a module that is like what the Pages module will be (which is going to be exactly the same as the current Pages method), however, the Wiki module will be open access to everyone (includes non-members) and each article can be locked to only `members` or `site masters`+`admin`.

Examples:
The Comics mods (Comics + AdminComics) work nicely. I now want to make it so that I have the following as modules:
Profile
News and/or Blog
Pages
Wiki
Forums
Then, the corresponding Admin* modules will be like this:
AdminProfile
AdminNews and/or AdminBlog
AdminPages
AdminWiki
AdminForums
I might consider moving the Admin* mods to the /admin directory or add 'display:none' to the Admin* mods in the {{mod-list}} (hide them from eyes as is unnecessary space wasting).
