Allow users to zoom in the browser and other apps using Tecla Access

Tecla Access users are unable to zoom in or out in the browser or other applications. If the website or content is not optimized for mobile devices is really hard for users to read due to the small size of the text. Adding a +/- key to emulate pinching of the screen to zoom in/out of a document or access the +/- floating keys on the browser would allow users to read content.
