Do not auto-open full keyboard when highlighting textboxes

Typing keyboard opens automatically when a textbox is highlighted, this is ok if you are planning to type but if you are navigating you need to go back and change to navigation keyboard to continue where you want to go. A solution could be that the cursor jumps to the typing keyboard button on the navigation bar when a textbox is highlighted.
Another option would be to move the key to switch between navigation and typing to be the first option on the bottom row.
