Implement a work-around that allows users to escape unresponsive windows hiding the soft IME

Currently, there is no way to escape unresponsive pop-ups or menu layers when they hide/block the soft input method. As an initial implementation, any switch that is continously pressed for more than 3 seconds should automatically call the HOME/LAUNCHER activity so the unresponsive activity can be escaped.
