Attach IME actions to extra switch events from Tekla Shield

Currently, the IME does not respond to switch events from switches attached to the Extra switch port on the Tekla Shield. For an initial implementation, switch Extra1 should be attached to the main action event while the Switch Extra2 should be attached to cancel to allow for 2 switch interaction in self-scanning mode.
