Built-in teletext support for Me TV

It would be nice to have built-in teletext support for Me TV. This is an interesting option, which VLC has.
I live in Slovenia and our TV is broadcasting special teletext page with all text that is spoken on TV. This text is then displayed over TV picture, so people with hearing disabilities are able to watch the programm (and because they can't hear, they can read what is spoken on a teletext).
Maybe I can record a programm and send you a file to see how teletext is encoded in a stream?
