Scanning for channels in Me TV

It would be really nice to have DVB scanning option for Me TV. Something similar like Kaffeine has: http://
There are also some good arguments for that:
- for some countries tuning files are not available;
- if tuning files are available, there may be changes in DVB band: new programs added, etc. This is especially true in DVB-C - Cable TV often adds / removes new programs
