Add an option to poweroff the pc after the record is complete

I think it would be usefull, when u schedule to record a tv-program, to have an option that let u shutdown the computer after the record is complete.

Close Me TV after scheduled recording is now working as of 1.2.1.
Shutdown is now working but need testing (as of Mai 12, 2010). This should be implemented in 1.2.4
