a function that shrinks/grows the active tv display to the native broadcast resolution
Similarly to other players a menu function / button that automatically adjusts the window size to the native resolution of the received stream, ie DVB-T is 720x576 pixel usually in 16:9 aspect ratio. As Me-TV is able to stretch and shrink video, the proposed function would solely change the displayed video from say 432x346 back to 720x576 with one click/hotkey without the need to drag the window frame. While changing the video size the window is also adjusted to fit this video exactly.
The function could also be given the option to change displayed video to other often used "display zooms" 50% & 200%. The function is slightly different to the blueprint "zoom to fit the screen" in that case the proposal is to remove the blackbars present in many broadcast signals - where say the blackbars at the top or bottom of a 16:9 movie broadcast in 4:3 are actually broadcast and this blueprint simply asks to change the display to the broadcasted size.
I would presume that this function is easier to implement but a fully built function as per blueprint "zoom to fit the screen" could capture this, or that blueprint amended.
