Make User Interfaces pluginnable

"Skinnable" user interfaces are popular among operating system utilities. MightyBox should be no exception. The addition of an extension point at the user interface will allow other developers to come up with clever new interfaces for MightyBox, whether that be other hotkey driven UI's or some sort of desktop docked application. Interfaces already exist for ICommandWindow so this functionality was obviously already intended.
