User Definable File System Index Location

MIghtyBox indexes a few pre-determined areas by default, the user will be able to add more through the settings screen by defining new forlders to index, along with options as to whether or not to include the parent folder in the index, and to provide a "filter pattern" to filter the types of files indexed within that folder (and optionally subfolders)
