ProxyItems should be searchable in index- proxy item framework shoudl exist

Proxy Items (SelectedItems / Current Window) should be searchable within the index as well as pullable by hotkey. While doing this, a framework of user editable ProxyItems and corresponding hotkeys can be created to allow users to predefine their very own custom proxys
Perhaps a proxy hotkey can even be tied not just to an item, but an item-action-param combination.
