FileItems which hold more than 1 file should have those files be individually accessible as children, with the parent set as the file group.

FIleItems can now contain more than one item. This group of items should be divable as a sub index of the item collection. However, each FileItem in the sub index should have the File collection as the parent, not the parent directory.
