Implement essential features in the source selector

The Source Selector allows selecting and deselecting sources. However, it should be possible to add new sources, modify existing sources, and to remove sources. In addition to the gui, new hooks corresponding to these features will be needed in Maya.Model.SourceManager. Some mockups and designs for source editing dialogs will be a good start. There might be different interfaces for adding a new local calendar, webcal calendar, etc.
