Submit the improved eds vapi's to upstream

Currently Maya uses a set of custom vapis for evolution-data-server. They are generated using a script "gen-vapi.bash" in the tools subdirectory of trunk. The script downloads the eds and libical sources, compiles both, applies patches, and then generates the vapis using vala-gen-introspect and vapigen. The customisation is achieved using .metadata files.

However, upstream have moved to using gobject-introspection. So the .metadata files will not work out of the box for upstream. In addition, the upstream vapis do not have integration with libical. When the vapi should show a libical type in a signature, it instead shows "void*" for example.
