Add progress details for recovery workflows
Currently, Masakari doesn't show what's happening during execution of various
notifications especially for long running one like host notifications.
The purpose of this blueprint is to add details of current progress of each
task of a recovery workflow for each notification type which can later be
displayed in tabular format in horizon to show what's happening under the hood.
With this information, operator will get good insight about the current
progress of recovery failures.
