Tagging system

It would be great to have a blog-like tagging system for files and folders.
For example, we have some videos, documents and pictures on the same topic. The user may put files according to content type (or pretty much everywhere in the filesystem) and tag them with one tag. The file may have multiple tags. I've made a really quick mockup for this thing:
