add an interface to let the user add custom actions to the file manager context menus

Registered by Mark Alan

More than providing ad-hoc functionality, letting the user extend a file manager with his own actions is critical to a file manager package. Both Nautilus custom actions (http://freecode.com/projects/nautilus-actions) and Thunar custom actions (http://thunar.xfce.org/pwiki/documentation/custom_actions) enable the user to add custom actions to the file manager context menus (right click menus). Considering the similarity between the hooks of thunar and marlin, it seems that thunar's code could be used to extend marlin with customizable right click action.

For me, it's the best thing that could happen for Marlin. It's easy, handdy, and, if someone don't like it, it's easy to ignore. Perfect idea -paulocastro
