Manuel Support for Setup and Teardown

Some manuels require complex setup in order to fulfill evaluation. For example, I have built manuels that connect via SSH to remote machines and simualte a shell and others connect to proprietary CLIs. I need to be able to setup connections and tearthem down after I am done. Currently I am using a hack int eh evaluator to detect the first and last chunk to setup and teardown connections. It would be nice if I could simply have hooks that allow me to do that at the beinning and end of a test suite.
