Doctest Parser with Arbitrary Prompt

The doctest parser is really good and for anything interactive-prompt-like, it is a great base. Unfortunately, the doctest parser hardcodes the prompt and makes it fairly hard to replace it with your own (rewrite the Regex and override one small and one large function, since prompt lengths are hardcoded.)

Manuel should provide a Doctest Parser class that allows for dynamic prompts.
