Add share shrink and extend support to Oracle ZFSSA Manila driver

Add features to the Oracle ZFSSA Manila driver to support:
- Share shrink: shrink size of an existing and available share.
- Share extend: extend size of an existing and available share.

ZFSSA running software version 2013.1.2.0(full version string for this release
is 2013.06.05.2.0,1-1.10) and higher is required for this feature.
