Add NAS Share Driver to support NexentaStor 5.x

NexentaStor 5.0 is Nexenta's new generation unified storage appliance providing NAS and Block storage with end-to-end data integrity. NexentaStor 5.0 provides complete new management layer and APIs.
The NexentaStor5 driver will provide this set of features:
create, delete, shrink, extend share, allow/deny access by IP and user/group,
create_snapshot, create_share_from snapshot.
Initially, it will support only NFS protocol.
