NetApp cDOT multi-SVM driver should have configurable MTU size

Registered by Clinton Knight on 2016-07-27

Using Manila in shared server mode creates LIF's with a hard coded MTU size of 1500. For high load enterprise applications this is not advisable. MTU 9000 is recommended but must be configurable via the network provider.
