NetApp cDOT Driver Extension Mechanism

Modify existing NetApp cDOT backend driver to call admin-specified extenstion class during standard driver operations.
One use of this extension mechanism will be to allow calling NetApp WFA workflows with configured volume parameters in addition to executing standard flows.
Example: with each share creation using specific volume/share type add snapshot policy to share, etc.
