Mount automation is a complicated topic with lots of possible implementations, but the first step we need to take is to establish an API and a persistence model for share "attachments".
I proposed the following new APIs:
create-attachments
delete-attachments
list-attachments
The Manila DB should track which hosts are attached to which shares, and that information should be queryable. Change to the attachments should at the very least trigger a notification.
